I think we agree that election fraud has occurred regularly. Can someone explain what this very confusing video is trying to say?

The video shows how the official tally sheets of each voting location match the tallies of the person's who attended each and every tallying session. Then, most inportantly, the video shows how the grand tallies for each candidate do not total up correctly. There are at least 650 votes that did not get transferred to certain candidates. Whoever transposed the sub tallies did it incorrectly, but not incorrectly across the board. Certain candidates were shorted votes. Sure maybe a mistake of a few votes, but 650+???
The STT/STJ BOE rigged the outcome of the election by simply not transferring votes correctly. There are too many mistakes of the same type to be an accident.

For example: if a candidate received 352 votes in a precinct, only 52 votes were transferred to the grand tally sheet.
The STT/STJ Board certified these results without checking the numbers before certifying.
