I really really miss Kim Jones on this stations morning talk! It was such fun to listen to her and Emmett on Fridays. Has she gone to another station? Nothing against guest hosts at all! Just miss Kim!
she is a campaign manager or something for someone who is running for governor or senator. because of that she is not allowed to be on the radio

It is my understanding that that is not accurate. There is no FCC regulation against being involved in someone's campaign and being on the radio. The regulation is that if you give one candidate time on the air it must be given to all (that's why Emmit had to stop being on air). It was the stations reason for getting rid of her - probably just a convenient excuse.
Big mistake I think. That was why I turned on the radio, turned the dial. I guess I may just keeping turning.

(tu) I listened to Kim also. I didn't always agree but I liked listening to an intelligent discussion.
my hubby's only complaint is not enough talk time.
hmm, it is what i heard.? interesting, probably down here because they cant be trusted to be fair? i heard that was why nellie could not be on air any more also why alma francis couldnt be on the vibe?
It's standard practice to take a personality off the air when he/she becomes associated with a political campaign. Happens everywhere.
She's trying an internet radio thing, but those 20 minute station breaks are going to lose me.
Every time I tuned in yesterday there was music, so I thought it wasn't on the 'air' yet.
I tried to listen to the new Kim Jones Show but the echo and broadcast quality sucked. The same was true when Roger Morgan tried to go internet and failed.
Although I like Kim as a host, the internet show will not gain any appreciable audience.
