How about just sun period with only occasional cloudy days. And beaches and rain forest and reefs. And Al fresco dining 365 days a year.

Depends on what floats your boat.
Some take to it like baby fish to Coral Reefs.
Others don't do well and realize there are challenges they're not prepared for.

I like the fact that I can always find ways around government red tape.
And, the extraordinary profits that can be made here.
