I'm wondering if anyone knows if the Wyndham hotel chain has begun any of the renovations on the property formally owned by the Grand Palace Beach Resort, on Pineapple Beach STT. In their press release, they stated that they were spending $40 million to renovate the property, with units available for purchase in early 2008.

These past few weeks they have been removing the furniture. That's about all for now.

Thanks, I haven't been down there since early March and was hoping things were starting to happen.
