The Daily News article quotes the outgoing owner while the Source article spoke with the new owner who indicated that he was discussing future plans with NPR.

I'm aware of that since I posted the STT Source article, previous to you posting the link but the Daily News article had the link to npr. org so that people could download the app to get the station thru their devices.
