WIllie-T of Christmas Cove?
You have to call CZM and make an appointment to look at the file. It is very interesting. They started the process last spring, but withdrew the application after the family that owns Great St James became involved. It is interesting that it is only coming out now, a couple of weeks before the meeting.
EE, I think the Port Authority building is the larger one where you turn in to go to Carib Beach Resort.
Thanks, Trade! 🙂

FTA:
In an interview Friday, Assistant Director of Enforcement for the Department of Planning and Natural Resources, Roberto Tapia, said it is prohibited to locate a commercial establishment within the bounds the St. James Marine Reserve and Wildlife Sanctuary.
"There are rules and regulations for sanctuaries, which is: no commercial activities in a sanctuary," said Tapia. "None whatsoever. That's the rule."
noOne: That is a very interesting statement, and one I have not heard before. Hmm.
Well, it was an interesting evening: http://www.onepaper.com/stthomasvi/?v=d&i=&s=News:Local&p=1203139665
There is a business plan: an eco-bar! Maybe you do a couple of shots, then jump overboard and see which creatures you can identify from the educational materials in the bar. 😉
No, an eco-bar is one that doesn't use plastic cups, they just pass the bottle of Cruzan.
From the article in the Daily News today it looks like they withdrew their application. Of course, they did that last fall, so I wouldn't be surprised to see them come back with something else.
Also, I see that Thatch Cay is up for development now.
