Who has the green thumb here?
Ok so I got seeds for the worlds hottest peper...the Bhut Jolokia...but i only have 5. I don't want to waste them...my question...
What the best way to get them started?
little yogurt cup with dirt in the window or zip lock bag with wet tissue?
Wanna share some of those peppers...yum;)
If you try Home Depot they usually sell little peat moss pots which I prefer for starting seeds. After they have grown and need to be in a bigger pot or ground you can simply plant them pot and all! If not, they yougurt cup works well too. Just be sure to poke holes in the bottom for drainage, you dont want them to get root rot.

I'm on STX...but when I get em going i'll hook you up!
I plant seeds into a one gallon pot spaced out. A big pot won't dry out as fast. Keep it damp and give them some sun. I use pro-mix with compost. some peppers can take longer than others to germinate. grow on
