Here is my response:
VI Cargo http://vicargo.com/ has loading docks that might work. You could unload at one of the raised docks, drive through the warehouse if there's room, and exit via their ground-level doc.
A flatbed towtruck will also work, and they will come to you.

Thanks for the reply, and the PM I received!
Our container needed to be inspected by customs... so we ended up checking with Fleming at the airport, because they have loading docks (and are next door to customs), they were able to help us out for a very descent price, and this way we got the inspection almost right away.
It was a hectic day, but all taken care of.
