Okay, got my Best of the VI issue yesterday and saw that "Ink Designs, Inc." on STT won best tattoo shop.....where the heck are they???? Only thought Jimmy Buffham's was around (and heard about Rock City and Virgin Ink)...Anyone know??? Need to find out!
