Hello jlee0408,
Estate Ross is next to Hospital Ground... between Hospital Ground and Estate Thomas. Mid-island, not to far from downtown Charlottte Amalie.

I would say it`s mostly near downtown, with a harbor view.
Though, Ross does extend to nearly Skyline Drive.
There, it would have a commanding view of the Harbor & may even have a nothside view(but bearrly, if at all).
Most of Ross would be steep is my guess.
