Well actually I've lived on STT several years longer than you have. The fact that almost every day we can enjoy clean fresh air and comfortable temps is an incredible gift. There are some hardships and lack of conveniences, also there are things that cant be found anywhere else that a mainlander can move too. I was trying to inspire positive comment about the great things the VI has too offer for the people considering moving here. This board has come to a place where a few special personalities have made it little help to anyone. See you at Bastille 😉

I wasn't being nasty I just stated a fact that this was the VImovng forum and if they wanted advice on somewhere else to live this wasn't the best outlet. In no way did I see that it was rhetorical. Sounded to me like they were sick of it here and wanted to know of other places. Perhaps I don't have the magic eye that let's me decipher inflection on a forum. I didn't see why anyone would just make a random statement if it wasn't a question and we all know how threads like this drumming all the negatives of the VI... Because that's never been done here before lol.

If your intent OP was just to comment on how nice it is here vs finding another place to live then I apologize if you felt I was being rude. Next time thou just say it outright 😉

I don't understand all the biting and busting and "me too"s but I also read the post as coming from someone who either lived here and was dissatisfied or was a potential new resident researching options. Clarity would have been better!
