Planning on taking a seaplane from STX for Vieques and need to make sure that I can grab a taxi either at or near the seaport to get me to where I'm going.

When we took Seaborne to Vieque's it actually took off from STX and landed at the airport. Seaborne operates non-seaplane flights from Rohlson (STX) to Antonio Rivera Rodríguez Airport (Vieques). I don't believe there is an actual "seaplane" betwen the two but I could be wrong.
There were taxi's at the airport in Vieque's, it is a very small island, makes STX feel gigantic! We enjoyed our weekend hop when we went.
Hope that helps, sorry if I am missing something on the seaplanes.

Flights are from the airport. They have direct flights, but not sure if they are daily. You can also connect in San Juan

why not call the sea plane?

Any suggestions on where to stay? On a budget of course! Restaurants etc?
