Trying to watch the Falcon's game on cable ch. 6 STT, and the feed keeps going out.. Right now we have a blank screen with a mouse arrow in the middle....Just wanna watch the game!
Is someone kicking a power cord out at the station, or are they too lazy to click on the mouse to resume the game?
On the other hand Falcons are losing so maybe they are sparing me the pain!

Yup, sounds like it! Friends of ours down the "hill" have the same problem. Most of the times when the picture is up we can barely here the words.
Anyways Falcons lost so maybe its best that we didnt see the game

If you change all the ends on your RG6 cables, or replace the cables with new ones, your signal may improve.

Signal problems in TV systems are often related to bad cable ends or bad cables.

Cables with compression fittings are superior to cables with crimpted or twist on connectors.

Nah that mouse thing is something the local FOX has had a problem with for ages now. I am now on satellite, but had many issues with that FOX when I was on basic. It's some sort of relay station from Puerto Rico I think (based on how their station IDs will show PR first, then VI) and sometimes I think the connections do get severed on their end.

But since everything tends to be automated, the problem doesn't get fixed till some employee realizes they need to run to the station and press the right button.

I've been having trouble with my television the past few days. The menu bar shows up on the bottom of the screen and says what is on, but then just leaves a black screen showing. I have trying resetting the box and unplugging it and whatnot and it just keeps doing the same thing. I just moved here so I am not so familiar with calling the cable company and both my roomates are off island for another two weeks So I don't really know what kind of address to give to them (I know I live in Grunwald but don't have any kind of number or anything) or what account number to look up for us. Do you think this is the kind of problem I could just call them and have them click a button and fix or would someone have to come to the house and check it out?

Can`t remember exactly, but I`m getting some sort of additional charge from St. Thomas/St. John cable.
When I called to ask about it, the operator explained it was for the cable INSIDE my building!
I informed them my rabbit ate most of the cable insulation while I wasn`t looking (BAD BUNNY!).
So, I`ll need it replaced!
They asked me to make a appointment!

That was a while ago(& I never made the appointment, but will do).

FYI, the charges remain, month to month....
So, GET THEM TO DO IT!
We are paying for it!
Correct me if I`m wrong here...
