It was on the market for at least 4 years as my wife & I personnally knew the owner and his family.

I know! But we weren't/aren't still quite ready yet. We've got two school age kids & business ties to the mainland we can't sever yet. A few more zeroes and we'll be here full time.

Actually we're currently eyeing the 5.7 acres next door...we could potentially snap that up and just wait to build until it's closer to time. But...building. Ugh.
