Hello, everyone!
Just a little message to say we arrived and under the high orange flying alert, Thank goodness! We are doing great and Alie did awesome on the flight over. We are keeping a close eye on her but she seems to be settling in okay. LFM has been most hospitaple and has also made our arrival a great experience. We'll be cleaning up business and hopefully settled in soon in our new home. More later since I'm borrowing the computer.

We're FINALLY in the same place at the same good time! Can't wait to see you next week.
Glad to know that you all made is safely and are starting your new lives. Tell Mark hello and welcome, and gkve that puppy dog a pat. I'm very relieved to know that your last few pre-move days and trip down went smoothly and avoided major glitch and gremlin interference (code orange notwithstanding).

I remember when you first wrote to me about a property on St. Croix, seems like not to long ago but was actually like 2 1/2 years ago. I am excited for you that your plans are finally being realized. Eve and family,
Congrats! Welcome! I am so happy for you! We are leaving island (STT) on Wednesday, sniff sniff sob sob, but will definitely stay in touch via this wonderful board. I hardly think of you as a newbie since it feels like you have been with HipCrip, myself, and many others for the past two years. I can't wait to read your posts (so please write as much as possible). One day you can be our guide to STX as I have never been when we come for vacation. I guess I might have to sign up on the vacation board. 🙂
If at anytime you feel down and don't know why, remember it is normal and we have all experienced the phenom of culture shock. It will go away quickly (goes away even quicker if you go to the beach for a day and forget your cares). Anyway, I am rambling. Good luck with everything! Have fun and we hope to see you soon!

Thank you for all your wonderful messages. Teresa, anytime! HipCrip - thats tomorrow and I hope you are feeling good. Melissa and Alexandra, I hope to get together with you soon. We have been very busy, trying to close our deal and will let you know when we are celebrating the end product. I'm sorry it has taken so long to touch base but I am still borrowing the computer. Will of course catch everyone up in due time....
