Excellent site that ships via Priority Mail.
www.pcconnection.com ships via Airborne Express, however for Virgin Islands orders, you have to call them, they do not ship to the Virgin Islands through their website.

i have ordered and had both computer parts and software shipped with tigerdirect.
however this was around 6 months ago. of course the cost is much higher than mainland shipping. not aware of any shipping changes. kathy

www.pcconnection.com they seem to have the best prices that I can find. I've had no problems ordering with them.
