I will be going to St. Thomas on Nov. 3rd. Is there any place to swim with dolphins or sting rays or is there just snorkling?

Hello Selena,
No dolphin encounters on St. Thomas or in the USVI. You can snorkel, snuba, dive, take a submarine tour, visit Coral World, sea trek, BOB... to enjoy the underwater life.
There is a dolphin encounter in the British Virgin Islands.
