What's up with the power in cotton valley?
Has been out since around 10 last night.
Heard a pop and that was it. And now it's 7a.m.

If you heard a pop make sure your breaker on your pole isn't open - it's the rectangular metal shape up above the transformer. Ours would pop all the time in CV and we had to call WAPA specifically with a truck to come close it again.

We had our power out from 6:30 am to 8:30 pm. When I called WAPA they told me that there truck was broken down. After the truck arrived it only took them 20 min. to bring the power up. One truck? Why don't they use the $200.00 credit they have of mine (because of my solar panels) and get it fixed. We loose all credits as of Dec. 31. What a scam they have. If I did this in business how long would I last?

Always WAPA call when you have an outage as many times it's a transformer, loose wire or something that just affects your locale tho getting someone to answer sometimes can prove difficult. I have WAPA on speed dial!
