WAPA Monday morning
Good morning. Does anyone on St. Croix have WAPA this morning? Thanks.
Not on the North Shore. Thank goodness for the generator!!!
East end seems out too. Last night it was like Disney's haunted house with flickering, dimming light just before WAPA crashed again. The appliances were cringing!
No power in Est St John---love my generator
None on the East End of STX and Golden Rock,
No AT&T cell service
No Broadband VI
but the bills still come
No power on the west end Frederiksted St. Croix.
Not in Clairmont and the generator ran out of diesel. Hope the gas station has some...
STT - Mandahl - just got power back. 9:40 AM. Thanks WAPA! Seriously, this could have been another of the three day blackouts 🙂
Pamela
still out Estate Pearl
Still out Beeston Hill STX.
Salt River STX just got power back at 6:52pm.
we have it but no cable
Estate Pearl STT current back on + cable at 9:15 -- the WAPA truck came by and checked all the lines with a bucket truck and said OK to turn the lines on.
WHATS UP WITH THE CELL SERVICE? STILL NO DAMN AT&T! DAMN I CAN'T WAIT TO LEAVE!
What's up? For starters the caps lock key appears to be stuck on your keyboard.
Darn AT&T (and Sprint). 😎
TSA guy9 - the airport welcomes walk ins without calling ahead and you should be able to sail through TSA and be off the island by noon.
Were you trying to be funny?
Estate St. Peter Mnt (North Star Village) still out as of this morning, 8:30am. /sigh
Judiths fancy- still no power...
Frederiksted, Little La Grange still no power............

According to the governor, St. Croix has more serious power problems than the other islands. V.I. Water and Power Authority spokesman Kinila C. Paige said that feeders across the territory were all restored, but there are pockets of outages. She asked that residents call WAPA to report them.
On St. Thomas, St. John and Water Island, WAPA customers should call 774-1424, 777-9272 or 774-3552, dial 4. St. Croix customers should call 713-9272. Currently, limited calls are being accepted at 773-0150 and 773-2250, dial 7. The volume of calls is high so callers are asked to be patient. To ensure the phone lines remain open and available for other customers, call once to report an outage. Outages can also be reported at http://www.viwapa.vi.
Customers experiencing a loss of telephone, cable television, or Internet service are asked to wait until power has been fully restored in their area before calling Innovative to submit a request for repair. Due to increased call volume, call wait times may be slightly longer than usual.
Innovative reported in a press release that repairs continue across the territory to its cable, telephone service and Internet services. The company asked that customers for both services using land lines call call 912. Customers using cell phones can reach repair centers at 778-1742. Internet customers should call 714-3700. For all repairs include telephone number, account number, address, description of problem, and brief directions to the area in question in the voicemail message.

Premature evacuation: it happens. Just be conscientious of others as you move on.
Still no power (other than generator) here in Belvedere (near LaVallee) but it looks like Sprint is coming back to life - still can't make a call but at least text messaging is working. Never lost Dish TV or Broadband VI and my phone land line is now working for the most part.
I'm off island but just heard from neighbors in rain forest, no WAPA yet (but they are 90% solar anyway) and Sprint texting is working.
Power back yet?
