is this true........saw a article in Avis ........does anyone have a bill without a leac charge?

What did the article actually say? I read both papers daily and have seen nothing in either, nor read or heard anything elsewhere, to indicate that there has been any change in the LEAC whether it be elimination or any major rate reduction.

I believe the big news was that, because of a lack of quorum, the Leac would be reduced by 1 cent on electric for the next three months. But, perhaps the OP will start a ground-swell movement and for lack of a quorum at the next meeting the Leac will be removed completely.
