I just got my WAPA bill .Over five times larger than my biggest bill to date> What's up?
We didn't do anything out of the usual at our house in the way of power use.My calls to the St. Croix office have not gotten any where.Anybody got the reason for the large bills ?
My neighbors are in the same situation with very large bills.

just out of curiosity, does your utility bill state a cents per kilowatt rate? Also, does it detail your electricity, water and sewer (if applicable) usage? I'm guessing WAPA burns oil to produce electricity, and the price of oil is way up lately!

We have a 2 BR 2 BA house, no A/C, no water and our bill has been the same as always -- between $50 - $60. Maybe I should just keep my mouth shut and hope nothing changes!!
