I am looking to buy a jeep wrangler 4 doors in good shape .. should I purchase it in states and ship it or buy it on St Croix? what are your past experiences?

im not on the island yet so i dont have that answer but dont get one beyond 2010 the newer ones have some issues 2010 is sweet

You don't find them for sale on island very often. There was one recently advertised for sale in classified board. It mat still be available.

I did a lot of research and searching (on and off island) before purchasing one last year. They really hold their value...I felt the older ones (2008-2009) were overpriced for age/condition. I purchased a 2012 from Straker Motors (1 yr old with 14K miles at the time) and am very happy with it.

I could never live on the islands again without my 2000 black/gold loaded stock 62k miles convertible Trans Am. (a sleeper, im missing the hood scoop and traction control)
Garaged and taken well care of =)
