I read somewhere you have to buy some shipping pass. Kinda like Amazon Prime {which does not work direct here but good for many other things) and you buy that and meet I think around $50 of eligible items.

Yes it does; I have received 3 orders in the last week.

It ends up costing $49/year for free shipping, I saved that much on my first order.

Guess I'm not keeping up or they keep changing things around. It was a short time ago that they had some special deal which was brought up on another thread but it wasn't valid in the US territories - and I did double check it and we were definitely excluded. This must be something relatively new.

I signed up for a 30 day free trial of the shipping pass. I plan to keep it. I've received 4 orders already. It's awesome. Amazon Prime has lost me business. Walmart bring it on.

Yes, it was free until this last weekend it changed back to not including VI. So they are trying to promote the $49 pass. Which I can understand. What I can't understand is, they are using the USPS for mainland or the VI, so why exclude the VI?

As mentioned earlier, their USVI/US territories policies seem to change frequently. If you plan on placing an order then the sensible idea is to contact Walmart directly to see what the current options are.

Not understanding the nonsense. Pay the shipping pass fee, meet order $ of I think 49-50 with ELIGIBLE items (which will be pointed out on checkout), wait a week and go home with your stuff.
