Not solved yet... I just placed an order; no trouble getting a printer and a mattress topper (with free shipping), but "carrier restrictions" still on a 3-pack of DampRid. For Pete's sake.

My Diapers had an eta of Dec 5th and got here in 3 days.... the order was wrong though 🙁
now they have re-shipped the order and the ETA says something like Dec 15th, but it's already tracking on it's way here.

I placed an order on 11/3/12, it was shipped the following day with an ETA of 12/11/12. It arrived yesterday, I'm absolutely thrilled and ready to buy more stuff! (tu) This order was for dog treats, LOTS of dog treats: pup-peroni, dentastix, tbones, beggin strips ... our dogs are pretty spoiled and we spend a small fortune on their treats, so it's nice to buy them now at half the price.:-)

Nothing solved IMHO. Of 5 item in my cart, hammock, dishes, cereal, oral hygiene product and Equal only the dishes can be shipped.

Reasons given are "Partner Restrictions" and "Carrier Restrictions"

For my 2 cents Amazon and VI Cargo are doing a far better job of getting stuff to us here.

Why do you guys torture yourselves thring to ship via USPS? VI Cargo is so much more convenient.

Are you by chance open to another adoption opportunity? I think I could quickly learn to woof at strangers, sit and beg and even roll over on command if the rewards were as good as yours seem to be. 😀

Just tried to order a few more window blinds from JC Penny - I ordered 10 blinds and they arrived 1 week ago and decided I liked them enough to go ahead and order for my 4 remaining windows and received a message "items unavailable to ship to address provided" ...... Hummmm !!!

The confusion continues - see article in today's Source - and isn't confined to the USVI but to other territories and to Alaska also:

You can just keep pounding your head into the wall about this...or send your stuff to VI Cargo.

Wal-mart and USPS are not gonna change for you.

Islander...time to close this one off.

Why on earth would you suggest closing the thread when it's an ongoing issue in which many posters/residents are interested? If for some reason you find it irritating then simply best not to read it.

vicanuck, I think people want the free shipping or the 97 cents shipping.
VI Cargo is a great option but you have to pay for the shipping.

Canuck is most likely making a rhetorical point, because everybody knows Islander never closes ANY thing. Things just disappear. *-)

Not true. A thread was just recently closed and Islander noted the reason why ...
