Is anyone having problems with ordering from Walmart.com to a post office box?
I have previously received orders at my post office box. I tried to place an order today and it came up with a shipping error code "can not be shipped to this address" on all items ordered. The items I ordered were repeat items.
I can not find a phone number to contact them to get answers.

let me know what happens, i only had one problem with one item due to the size of the item

Speed1dy, I hope they didn't quit the shipping here to PO Boxes, that would be disappointing to a lot of people.

Yes, I have frequently had problems and had to ship to family in states to mail to me at my PO Box since I do not get mail delivery to my house. Had that problem with Amazon and many others as well. Frustrating!

true, next time i order cat food i will order smaller sizes-we will see. at least i can ship to work if i have to.

the items I ordered were not big items. Cat treats, dog treats that kind of stuff. I have ordered large heavier items in the past month and received without any problem. But, now all items were coded.

I had the items shipped to VI Cargo in Miami. Hopefully the cost of shipping won't exceed the savings.

Just tried to place an order; they won't ship here.........did the local retailers--K MART--find out how much money we were saving, and realize how much business they were loosing, and put the pressure Wal Mart??

I received an order from Walmart tpday...pet food. large bags, .97 cents shipping, not an issue.

I emailed and got a response that they are "checking into it" and will get back to me in 3 to 5 business days. Will keep you informed.

hate it when you are shopping online and get to the checkout only to realize they do not have the Virgin Islands in the drop-down for countries! If prices were reasonable here and you could find what you wanted, when you needed it, less people would be shopping online.

I usually, when shopping online with a new company, just put anything in my basket and go straight to checkout just to see if VI is in their drop-down saves a lot of time (and heartbreak 🙂 )

Just spoke with wally world at the 800 # listed.(3:40 pm VI time) The gal stated she had received several calls already from VI residents, and that it pertained mostly to "certain food items". She further stated that it had been "turned over to a supervisor, and to check back in a week".

Things I've ordered from WAL-MART.com up to a few weeks ago wont ship now....even the smallest things won't ship....not looking good.

I bet it has something to do with Customs.........anything shipped via cargo must clear customs and duty fees paid. US Postal Service packages don't . Just a guess. The VI Gov. needs to get their $$$. It would surprise me if Kmart had complained.

just ordered some clothes. shipped to a street address. no problem yet. I have noticed everything that I have recently received from Walmart and others has been opened and inspected by Customs.
