The fuel spill at Giant Gas in Havensight, St. Thomas has been contained. The gas company is currently working to transfer the fuel to a container. Police has re-opened the road from the Frenchman's Reef area leading to Veteran's Drive. The road, from the bottom of Raphune Hill to the Giant Gas, remains closed.

Instructions: All roads have been reopened and businesses are allowed to resume operation.
