Just to let everyone know, we came past this website and they deliver to USVI and PR!! We have used it to ship stuff here to PR and it is a flat fee of $10!
Because we are vegan's, it is hard to get good food, at decent pricing. We have found some of the items to be as much as 50% off than the stores here..for example, the bag of oats that we use is around the $5.8 price here....I just got 5 bags for $2.99 on vita cost.
It has defo made living here easier....so just wanted to give everyone the heads up!

They frequently run sales as well. So make sure you check your email for the coupon codes. I used to order from them quite a bit in the past but haven’t in awhile. They stopped carrying some of my favorite products so the $10 fee for shipping didn’t make sense on the smaller orders. I’ll check them out again. Thanks for the reminder!

OMG yes! vitacost.com is freaking awesome! I've been ordering for years and actually found out about them on this forum when someone mentioned them (was that cruzaniron? I can't remember!)
I order when they have a promo - either 15% off your entire order, or 12%, or % savings just on food, whatever - those savings offset the $9.99 flat rate shipping charge.
ALSO - if you have a capitalone venture card, you can get anywhere from 6% to 9% savings when you log into your capitalone account, and then apply the coupon and go to vita cost from there. The last time I ended up saving 21% in total - 9% from capitalone and 12% from vita cost.

@jaldeborgh - I'm not sure if they ship to PO boxes in the VI but they mention they do in the US

Prices look great compared to what we see here and lower than what I saw recently at Whole Foods on the mainland.
This should save me a lot of space in my checked bags on my next trip north!
