Wait till the teachers, nurses and police are done with it. And after it's used as Mapp's personal slush fund to ensure his reelection.

What happened to the $1.5M charity bill that was promised to schools and nonprofit?! And this was said THIS January 5th 2016, not a long time ago 🙁

It's at the Senators discretion as to how it gets spent. It's in the works. How they'll each spend their allotment is yet unknown and whether we'll ever get a full accounting of that money also remains to be seen, without an audit by our IG.
Of course, they could all lump their portions together to help feed school children but I doubt it would ever occur to them.
