Vet on STX
My cat took a tumble last night off the loft ledge and landed on his side in a laundry basket full of clothes that was sitting on a chair. He landed on his side and not his feet, but I think if the chair had not been there he would have landed on his feet. I want to get him checked over though to make sure he doesn't have ear mites or a parasite.
I am looking for vet suggestions. Thanks.
On the west end, Duke Deller and the folks in his office are all great.
in our experience and in my mind there is no greater vet. than dr. paul hess!!! he has saved so many animal's lives thru emergency surgery. he answers his emergency phone within 10 min even at 2am. he will always reccomend over the counter or natural remedies first.he has this uncanny and god given ability to get inside and understand an animals mind. he will always give you the kindest of advice as to what your options are when your beloved anmal is no longer responding to medical intervention..we all deserve the right to retire after years of devotion to our careers,BUT, ican't imagine the day when i can not rely on paul and his staff to take care of our beloved 2 dogs as he did for our 2 passed on cats..need i say more good luck
Paul Hess, Island Animal Clinic. 718-3106
They like for you to make an appointment, if it's not an emergency. Located at 5-corners, so very convenient. I'm sure the other vets are good, but we really, really like Dr. Hess.
You may wind up with a different doctor. He doesn't see every animal, every visit, but he's usually there and is available if needed.
I agree with Island animal clinic (Dr. Hess).... He does what he does cause he LOVES the animals, not for the $$!
(tu)(tu) for Dr. Hess!!
