UVSI STORIES ON CNN!
I received this link and was quite surprised. I don't know what to say or think.

Did you write this?
At the time I read this this thread had 65 views. And on the CNN page it said that that page had 65 views.
This is not exactly a CNN story. It was written by an anonymous blogger and posted to a public forum.
Check out Crucians in Focus for a discussion. They first tried to recall the governor and are now trying this.
any idiot can be a CNN ireporter.....
Posted etc, yes, but none of you say a thing abouit WHAT you think about anything said herein! Is it false, untrue, true, partially right,
or....?? I have seen some opt outs, but, what do you think?
some truth some fiction but definitely provocative. Although obscure it is a national platform.
My personal opinion is that the present governor is doing the best he can, given what he's got on his plate.
What caught my eye was the thread subject .... UVSI :S
Well, I think it is untrue that the 9000 government workers *serve* anyone... 😉
This one is alarming.

CNN ireports is a way for CNN to pick up stories. If they pick up this one, we will really need to reconsider the status quo.
BTW, it is USVI, not UVSI. 🙂
I agree with Linda J and Bombi. My personal opinion is - whatever the Gov. is trying to do - this is way long overdue. It seems recession finally hit the VI govt. This should have been done 2 years ago. Since this is his last term, he's trying to do right thing, maybe for legacy's sake. Others may disagree.
But for any Virgin Islander, this is not news. We know what's going on here in the island. This i-report is not surprising, just more on the opinionated side. Balancing the budget is very complex, and you can't please everybody, ask the POTUS (pres. of the US).
