Where do I go on St Thomas to sign up for phone service and Electric? Does anyone have phone numbers?

You can't set any utilities by phone you will have to go in person or give someone local the power to set up in your name. Same with PO box. You will have to give them written permission along with copy of your photo ID. Proof of ownership (purchase of house) Meter number for electric, last person who owned house for phone!
Go to Virgin Islands News Press online, you can download phonebook from their site. Its best if you purchase laptop in states other wise we have OfficeMax here.

I use 'Innovative' in Tutu (mall parking lot) for cable, phone and internet. You have to go to WAPA in sub base for electric. Bring the info that Peggy suggests. You need to do these things in person.
