You have to give them your physical address whether it's work or home and your phone number so they can call you to get directions for delivering your item. They won't deliver to a PO Box.
Be sure to get a tracking number.

In the states UPS partners up with the USPS to make "mail" deliveries.
I think that UPS calls it "Smart Post". It takes way longer to get than regular mail, but does eventually get to your PO Box!
I would think they don't offer it here as you are out of the 48 contiguous US states.
I agree with providing a physical address to the shipper or beg them to ship by Priority Mail.
I have contacted shippers in the past and asked for shipping by USPS instead of UPS and have had pretty good luck!
Good luck to you!!

Yes, by default when adressing a parcel from the states and a P.O. box is applied without a physical it's does not show up in there database, however when i use my Paypal/Ebay account I get there UPS tracking and the item ending up in my P.O. Box, and you are also right to the fact it can take an extra week for delivery. I've been having a problem with a supplier who refuses to send me anything with USPS Thank you both very much for the the answer

You can go into your eBay/PayPal account and add an address.
You can have your PO Box, and another with your physical address.
Then when you pay the seller you can choose which address to use.
I have done this, which works well as needed.

It was $900 each for 25lbs 14x14x14 FedEx AZ to STT LOL. I about fell over. USPS is online is quoting $50 each but may be cheaper still.

Then how come you still have to give them physical address for delivery?
I don't mind since they deliver it to the house and I don't have to stand in line at the P.O. but was wondering how that worked/

Ok, I'm lost. USPS is quoting 120$ for my 30lb boxes. I remember seeing a post for USPS boxes being about 30$? Maybe those were way lighter?

if you can fit it in a "flat rate" box (12x12x5.5 USPS) cost 15$ a piece... I have about 25 of them packed with stuff right now & will be shipping them to myself for my move. (probably will end up with more before I finnaly leave)

Good Morning - IMHO use USPS, most things shipped UPS never get delivered or the cost is rediculios (international rates) If you use UPS (sometiomes free) have shipped to VIcargo in Florida. .

We're trying to use USPS. It's quoting $100 a box. There all less or at 30lbs and 24x12x12

I've also noted that UPS will automatically collect import duties on behalf of the VI government and require you to pay them prior to delivery. I've never had this issue with USPS or FedEx.
