Umm millions of gnats sticking to my ceiling?
.
That seems like a great way to ensure that our lease would not be renewed the following year.
We like the house, and in my opinion it is a mistake to file a lawsuit against someone I plan on continuing a relationship with. It took time but the issue was resolved and everyone survived. Done deal.
Something like this falls under landlord tenant habitability laws and the landlord's documented refusal to correct could have been quickly resolved in court. The simple filing of a suit usually results in a quick resolution. Document, document, document ...

I'm glad it worked out for you even though you had to wait for six months during which time you were deprived of a good portion of your living space. I was simply making the point that for those who choose not to be so inconvenienced there are legally viable remedies.
@AandA2VI please help I have that exact thing happening in my mobile home now but I live in ND. I was told they are fungal gnats that infested my house from infested houseplants. It’s so bad and the plants I removed but I think maybe the roof was not done right or leaky and basically inside my walls are Infested. They can be super tiny and I notice them right in my face and was told they are attracted to carbon dioxide so hence our breath. I’m so disgusted and having like panic attacks trying to figure out how bad or what’s happening here. If you have learned anything new please let me know. Thank you.
