UARS (Upper Atmosphere Research Satellite Falling to Earth

Greetings,
NASA's UARS (Upper Atmosphere Research Satellite) will be falling back to Earth. Most of it will burn up in the atmosphere upon re-entry.; some will not. It may be visible to those under it's path; however, the precise path and timing has yet to be determined.by NASA.
Since UARS orbits over the VIs at times (see video), I thought our space enthusiasts may be interested in this article.
