Does anyone know of a TSA Pre-check Application Center on STX?

Airport 2nd floor. Your link answers your question. All the centers are listed in the application process towards the end.

According to this site...
https://universalenroll.dhs.gov/locator

There is an office on the second floor of the airport @ STX.

Funny you should ask. I was just looking at that last week. I think they accept apps only one day week.

You can apply any time online and set up an appointment for the fingerprinting and payment, but on STX the office only does TSA-Precheck apts on Tuesdays.

When I went they were very good about keeping appointments to schedule, and walk-ins were definitely backed up, so it will serve you well to make and stick to your appointed time.

Odd. I just went through the online form and selected STX and the appointment was for Monday.

Lucky you. I signed up for one back in the states when I am there, two+ weeks out.

No if we only had a pre-check lane in STX.

I had Pre-Check earlier this month when I few back to the states for a few days. There is no pre-check line on STX. But, it did help me returning as that airport had a separate pre-check line!

You get to keep your shoes on with Precheck on stx, but you DO NOT get to leave your laptop in your bag..I did and it was a big issue, open the bag, check everything in it, run it through machine again, etc...they told me I should have read the info printed on the card they give you that tells staff you are precheck, and I didn't and they did not tell me that when they handed me the card either. It does work better in other airports though.

I just did this at STT a few weeks ago. It does cost $85. I completed the form online, and took the next available appointment a few days away. The office is at the end of an unmarked corridor on the second floor, and you have to be buzzed in. They were about a half hour late for my appointment. People that didn't have appointments were turned away. There is no explanation of what's happening. Another person waiting let me in and I sat down. When you see someone that works there tell them you have an appointment. Eventually someone will call for the next appointment. Be sure you know your time, because the guy with the appointment after mine tried to get in ahead of me. Be sure to have your passport and credit card for the fee. Once you get in it's very quick. I got my number in an email two days later. I used it in the states and it worked fairly well.

Global Entry is actually more comprehensive if you travel outside the US, and costs $100. Gives you the precheck in the US, and easier entry back into the US from abroad. Some credit cards credit you for the cost for either GE or TSA Precheck too.
A bit more involved to apply, and I don't think you can complete the in-person part of the ap in the VI. I know people who have made appointments for the final in-person part with CBP at a connecting airport if they have enough time between flights, or at a destination in the states when spending time there.
