Sorry but unlike others, I can't remember when I circumvented any laws except for a few decades ago.

The definition of "circumvent" doesn't necessarily have to mean that the broke the law. It could just mean they found a creative way to work around it. Lawyers are especially good at finding ways to do this.
If I didn't circumvent laws just about every day in the VI, I'd never get anything done!
Who among us hasn't circumvented now and again...please raise your hand.
Both hands up! I have often been told,....by many different people that: there is the right way to do things,.....the wrong way to do things,.....and MY way to do things. It has always worked out to my advantage! Lol!

Hey did you see someone is feeding the big grass to horses! Nothing else to do with the stuff so might as well see if a horse will eat it?? What is funny is that tibbar rabbit shows pictures on their website of someone "harvesting" the grass. They are using a WEED EATER!!! With all the pictures of all equipment that RABBIT has on their website, you would think that maybe using a chopper with tractor would be more effective at gathering feed compared to a weed eater??? Also they note that "Congratulations to our friends at Bluesphere on ground breaking of the North Carolina Anaerobic Digestion plant". I suspect Rabbit thinks Bluesphere might come up with the 100 million to finance the Rabbit project? Problem is that CAT finance turned Bluesphere down on the North Carolina Project as CAT now understands digestion and they know like most in the industry that Bluesphere will fail miserably with this project. Maybe they will find a sucker, but the project is WAY to complicated for the virgin islands!

Woops Sorry Yes Caterpillar Finance. They finance things which use CAT engines or in this case Gen Sets. Very smart financial group and have financed a number of anaerobic digester projects. I am sure Rabbit has gone to them for money, and I suspect CAT told them that they are not interested due to the risk associated with the project. I am really surprised that RABBIT is still on Island??? I would guess that the investors who have put money in to date are just a little JUMPY at the lack of action. RABBIT website says breaking ground the 1st quarter of 2015, but unless I am mistaken the first quarter of 2015 is gone for ever???
