Well, I'm five days away from my move to STJ after a year of planning and a PMV in October. Boy, I am excited! Intimidated and uncertain, yes--but that's also what drives me to dive in with an open mind and heart. I am curious if there are any thrift shops on the islands, mainly STT or STJ. A favorite hobby of mine is checking out thrift store clothing and things for unique items and ideas. Are there any Goodwill's or anything around?
On a sidenote, could someone tell me the fee for each withdrawal one makes using an ATM card?

Do check out the STT Humane Society Shelter flea market for all sorts of great stuff - clothing, appliances, bedding, books, kitchen ware, furniture. A never ending array of goods come and go, the prices are incredibly reasonable and all proceeds go towards helping the animals. Call 775-0599 for their hours.

There is also Home Again in Red Hook Plaza that has used furniture, etc. They are proud of their stuff, however!
