Okay, he was found "not guilty" by a jury of his peers. But what does his behavior say about our community? Am I the only person who is distressed by this entire affair? Eastender,
I too am upset by what has transpired, but I have typed and deleted several comments because I can't even put my frustration into words.

Loved the smirk on his face in the paper. The DC crowd would be proud.

What about the rumors that this he was set up? Public exposure of his preference for young women ( both mistresses were over 18) Palestine in comparison to possibly using the justice system for political gain. Is there another story that should be pursued?

East Ender, you are not the only one who is distressed by this.. My knowledge of Donastorg is limited to the countless hours of LEGIT I've watched and the few times I've bumped into him. He comes across as very self important, not a person I would gravitate towards. The age difference between him and his love affairs concerns me as well. I'm not saying that there aren't loving relationships with a big age difference, but they are rare. They usually involve a severe imbalance of control. You may be legal when you are 18, but there is simply no way you can have the life experience at that age. Our bodies aren't even fully mature at that age, and maturity usually takes even longer to achieve.

What drove me craxy was his wife coming to court every day and then sitting there reading the bible and pretty much ignoring everything that went on. I don't have an opinion about his guilt or innocence of these charges, but, in my book, the guy is a sleeze and I'm glad he'll be gone from the senate next term.
