Maybe they'll interview a few of the mock politicians. Chuckie as grand marshallette in the mock parade.

Caught the end of the mock parade and caught a glimpse of the bachelor.
I hope the parade participants are well compensated.
Again, I think it could be positive pr for the island.

I just happened to record the last episode and watched it last night. Not my usual thing but I got curious.
Next week's episode will be the one filmed on STX if anyone is interested in watching that segment.

I'm confused..... where was the 'Cafe' they showed that looked to be around Cane Bay but then again didn't..? And where was the sugar mill that looked to be somewhere in the Princess area that the guy took the three girls to? I wish the show had promoted more businesses or at least shown the names of them. I had several friends who have never been to St Croix email me totally wowed 🙂 Hopefully this program will entice a few more tourists to come down and spend their money.

I'm confused by the "Cafe" as well. Maybe it's at Carambola somewhere? And where's the "treehouse"?

Two lines that got a giggle out me: "I'm excited to explore the city of St. Croix." And "Over there is the Atlantic and over there is the Caribbean."

My mom emailed me and asked if those "street parades" are a regular occurrence. Yes, of course. Spontaneous dancing of outrageously costumed troupes breaks out nearly every day!

i was told the treehouse might be a camp mt victory??
and what about the perfectly round avocado?? didn't look like one to me and i do not eat them.
I too would have liked for them to show names of places, maybe take them to more stores in town and maybe to Norma's

They were round avocados. They can be many different shapes including pear shapes.
And yes, we do have the Atlantic on one side and the Carribean on the other.
STX looked rocking!

Goodness, the drama that one girl could create!
Glad he got rid of her in the STX episode so I don't have to watch any more.

St. Croix is totally surrounded by the Caribbean. STT, STJ and the BVIs have the Caribbean on one side and the Atlantic on the other.

The "Cafe" was Villa Morales. Not even where they showed it.
The Tree House is Ridge to Reef Farm.
The Mill was Rust Op twist.
The "Avocado"? Little calabash I think......
I was laughing at some of it and fast forwarding the rest. We were saying "stunt pelican" and "stunt dolphins" LOL... The sunrise at Point Udall was great!

Did you notice the big Millipede on the fence they were leaning on? I was hoping it would crawl up her arm!!!:@)

Thank you everyone for the info. I'll pass it on. Great promotion for St Croix no matter what the source. I know it's making me want to be there! 🙂

Blame the producers who apparently thought they were on St Thomas.

I enjoyed the scenery and I hope future tourists noted the totally empty beaches.

Ahhh, Villa Morales! I was scratching my head....I knew I had seen that bar before, but couldn't remember where.....having a Mojito every time I'm at that bar probably doesn't help. 😉

The island never looked better.
Thanks to all that made it happen.

..., those chicks give normal chicks a bad rap...

I don't watch the show. Does it have something to do with farming unruly poultry? If so, I think they need to change the title to something less confusing. 😎

My brother and I built that treehouse exactly ten years ago...glad to know it is still standing. It is a pretty cool spot on the farm.
