Terrorism and the USVI

We all know correlation doesn’t equal causation – so why would it in this case? .

I am not concluding anything from the correlation. Simply observing it & keeping it in mind since it seems to be a repeating one.

I see a pattern (so do you, you just see it as a lot of coincidence) & that's sorta what humans do: see patterns and adapt to them; so I'm being human.
