temp housing in St Thomas

My husband & I were in the need for temp housing while relocating to STT. We had been keeping up with the postings on the moving board, and contacting back & forth with different listings until we came across a posting from Pelican Beach Sand Castle. We found that this temp housing was just what we were looking for as far as price range goes. The owners Bill & Peggy were very friendly and helpful.
So, we arranged for a week at their place. We arrived late at night on STT; they stayed up late to make sure we had access to their gated accommodations. It was so late that we didn't get to really see anything till the next morning. OMG!!! what a awesome place to stay.
We stayed in the Captain's Room, which was a King size bed, bathroom, and space like you would never believe. And lets not forget the view; it was gorgeous, looking out at Snake Island. The water was anywhere from turquoise to royal blue in color. We so enjoyed our stay with them, but we were looking for permanent housing. Will here comes Bill & Peggy with friends in need of renters. So they contacted them and gave us an excellent referral. We can never thank them enough for their help & support with this transisition to STT.

If you are in need for temp or monthly rental, we would not hestiate to tell anyone to contact them. They have several rooms they for rent, and a studio for longer rental. So keep them in mind when you are looking. Their listings author is BILLD.

Now about the new place; it is on the east end of STT, and we just love it, couldn't have found anything this good without their help.
