Tablet or Phone Problems? Try boost mobile at Tutu Mall STT
My Kindle Fire HD was not recognizing any of the several chargers I had, so I thought there was something wrong with port, so before I gave it up for dead, I figured I'd give them a shot.
Customer in front of me had lost keyboard capability on her iPhone. They solved the problem in about a minute or 2 and didn't charge her.
They tested my Kindle Fire HD with their charger, and the Kindle started charging with no problems. They opened another charger that they hoped I would buy, and let me confirm it worked before I bought it.
I'm not crazy about the Kindles, but for a fairly cheap fix from local support, I may be able to get more use from it.
If you have a problem with a device, check with them first. The store looks junky, but they are friendly and helpful, imo.
