Hi everyone. I was wondering if anyone knew where on STX was a good place to buy tires for a wrangler? I don't want to spend a lot on my "new" island vehicle, but I definitely need to replace the back 2 tires, so i'd like the names of some reputable places to check out. I know about Car Hunters, but I was wondering if there were other places (somewhere that takes plastic would be nice) that offered a good value. Also, i'm looking for some random parts for the 1997 Jeep Wrangler. I am looking for a pair of sun visors (preferably gray or black) and a pair of upper door frames. I don't care if they're salvage parts, as long as they're compatible.

I ordered parts for my 1997 Tacoma truck from FL.
Side panel, bumper, carpeting, new vinyl for gear shift cover, sun visor for passenger side, tail light, etc..
Way cheaper than what I found here. PM me if you want name for contact.
I am in STT so maybe STX is cheaper?

As far as tires I have found the guys at Emerald Tire to have great prices and they install them. There is a guy that sells tires cheaper, but then you have to take them somewhere to be installed.

Amazon shipped tires to Alaska for me, I don't see why they wouldn't ship to the VI (and shipping was free!) the prices there are very good.

So how have you been enjoying the island life? I've been here about a week & am definately still in the honeymoon phase (REALLY enjoying it), my truck got here yesterday & it's been even more fun since then.

H & H Tire for many years...now I even go fewer time each year! Bought 8 ply tires for my jeep wrangler...a little harder ride, but very few flats and problems from the pot holes...onto year 3 with the same tires and only one flat tire in all of them.
I believe the 8 ply made the difference.
