Good Morning-
Need to get to the airport Sunday around 11-1130, how would you go from Judith's Fancy ? Rattan? Thanks

I would take Northside Rd east towards town, then pick up Rt 79 south to Midland Rd. , head West and work your way west until you can pick up Airport Rd West (RT 64) . Allow a little extra time in case you get stopped to let racers pass. By 11 AM 90% or more of the racers should be clear of this area.

Any suggestions on good places to watch the event?

After the swim near Hotel on The Cay, biking goes from Fort in C'Std west along the north shore road then up The Beast by Carambola Hotel entrance & eventually back east toward C'Std on the Queen Mary Highway. Running goes from Fort in C'Std east towards the Buccanneer Hotel. Don't know what you want to watch but if it's biking you need to be along the route long before they begin the biking .

It's fun to go early down to the fort and see all the action unfold. Get there in time for the sunrise, then watch the swimmers come out of the water. Then you get to see some biking and running as the day goes on.

Actually the biking goes East first to the T in the road near cCheeseburgers then over Lowry Hill to Tidewater then through Christiansted towards the North Shore.

FYI - the highway is closed eastbound. The bikers are on the highway, not the Queen Mary.
