Hello St. Croix. My fiance and I just landed on the island today and are ready to start meeting all of you and discovering our new home. Our first priority we are in need of a car! We are on a budget and would like something around $3000-$5000. If you know of anything, please think of us :).

I currently live in a complex out on the east end (Solitude) that has nice furnished 1 and 2 bedroom houses. Very nice and gated

Cynthia Taylor is realtor who is already helping us w/ our search and giving us great advice. She helped another realtor get their client a condo and moved in, in just a weekend.

Thank you to everyone for the advice! I have tried to get on the st Croix buy or sell Facebook site but I don't think my request to be in the group was accepted?? Any thoughts on how to fix that?

Wait until you are accepted. Usually takes a day. The Admins are busy.

Check your other folder. The block and reject people that don't look via FB profile that they don't have ties to the island. The admin is super strict but super nice. Just send him a msg and he will let you in. He blocked me at first 🙂

For the facebook group, make sure your current location is listed as somewhere in STX.
