STT Helicopter

Does anyone know what is going on for the last 2 hours with a good sized black helicopter hovering over the Crown Mt. area very low and very loud? The doors on the side are open and manned and at least 2 cameras or surveilance devices are mounted. This has been continous and disturbing - I can't see any markings only the bottom of the aircraft because they are so low.

Most of the people I know who use it don't grow it...they buy it from somewhere. If it were decriminalized & taxed there would be money.
