Standard lease template?

Standard templates are available online or in any office supply store. My advice is to start off with that as the basic and then have it tailored to your specific needs by a real estate attorney. There's nothing particularly unusual about VI leases which set them apart from the generic leases used statewide but generics are just that and are simply baselines to work with. Money spent on an attorney for a lease which is geared towards your particular property is money well spent.

Or you can't create your own plus have an addendum to a lease that covers specifics as it relates to your property.

I got one off Legal Zoom and just amended it to fit the VI and the specifics I needed for my property. I've never had an issue.
