Soon come.
LOL!!
I don't seem to remember it like that Neil. One too many drinks I suppose.
Good one. Funny!
Thank God you were joking.......you had me scared there for a minute since I haven't seen it yet.
Congrats Chris! We will come by this week! Glad everything went well and speedy!
White table cloths with RIBS ??? I doubt it will work. - Nice try Neil but I hope it is butcher paper instead. I mean a nice finger bowl with lemon is OK.
Thanks again. We will be slow for a little while until I get the place fully stocked. All I can is my God ! What can be accompished overnight kind of blew my mind today. I have a very long way to go to get to the point I would like to be at. The Corp group of people is right, now I just have to keep it together and growing. The Snafus will continue to come but help is on the way. Once the help arrives,it should free me up to focus on my smoker

One of those "this is why I live here" days new

I was off island for about a week, and today is my first full day back.
I woke up to the sound of birds chirping, read for a bit in the breeze with my dog at my side, and then hopped in the car and headed west to meet up with a friend for some diving. I stopped at OfficeMax to fax something, and i received impeccable service. I rented what dive gear I don't already own at N2 the Blue, where I bumped into a coworker (love the small town-ness of that!) and received extra smiles because a friend of mine (also a poster here) knows the dive shop well.
Just off the west coast, I had a truly fabulous dive (6-8 foot sea turtle, large sand shark, octopus, lobsters, and fish so thick we could hardly see the coral at times), followed by a beer and a couple of hours of conversation on a porch atop one of the hills overlooking the west end. I stopped for butter bread at Centerline Bakery on the way home. The usual courteous drivers were out and about in abundance. Couldn't be happier. This makes up for all those things we all complain about!

I don't know what button I pushed and screwed up the post. Sorry about that. I meant to only say focus on the smoker and fill in when necessary . Sorry I have not been out front very much the last couple of days to greet everyone of you. That to will soon change.
Chris
congratulations Chris! We will be out to check it out soon. Hours?
Hey Chris,
Congratulations on the opening. We'll see you soon!
Just an FYI, when you post, you have 45 mintues to edit or delete your post, so next time you hit the wrong button, you can just delete and start over. I noticed it was after 1:00 in the morning, after a hard night of bbq'ing, ... all good!
Sounds great, can't wait!
Love em'ribs
got them wet nappies and bibs?
Party-On! See you soon!
that was a big opps chris help may come sooner the i thought before my brother is healing faster and i have some els trained to run bussiness here now well let you know when i get flight booked
Thanks Juanita,Gary and Jerry . It was after 1:00 am when I posted last. Long days in a hot kitchen will make an old man fast, even faster. It is coming a long rather well I think. Help is on the way and this will allow me to focus on the patrons who visit and of course my smoker . Everyone was very kind for our initial opening on Friday,it has only gotten better in a matter of days. We still have a very long way to go until I am personally satisfied with the level of service and attention to details I feel, our customers deserve. We will get there. We will be closed on Mondays until further notice.
I feel very fortunate to have found April,or she found Above the Cliff, what ever it was, all I can say is she rocks. Thanks again to everyone of you. Jumbie thanks for droping in. I'll be out front a lot more often in the future.
Chris
