Did anyone hear about a suit with WAPA on net metering? I heard that they charged the amount you gave them back on your solar system instead of crediting you the amount.

That is exactly what wapa did- they billed many net metering customers for what we put IN as well as what we took OUT from the grid.
They did it to me for three straight months almost a year ago
I still have not been refunded
I am saving all my pennies to change to a battery system
Wapa will LIE to your face
I no longer have any conversations with any of them without recording it.
I hope this suit gets class action status
Perhaps then some of us might get some of our money back
