The President signed the PACT ACT on Wednesday...That means no more tobacco products can be shipped through the U.S. Postal Service, so if anyone orders cigarettes through the mail you have 90 days until the law goes into effect (stock up or just quit). Those folks who order online cigarettes from Indian reservations, this law includes them as well. Guess it's time to quit.....

Cigs here are cheap...any reason why people would ship them here?

Some people order in bulk from Indian Reservations (even cheaper). This just closes the tax loophole.
